The Challenge: Air Force Civil Engineer Senior Leaders requested a series that highlights the diverse engineers within the United States Air Force, shining a light on the incredible stories, unique backgrounds, and resilient spirit of Airmen engineers.

The Solution: The We Are CE series is an on-going, multi-episode series that spotlights outstanding individuals that goes beyond describing the job, giving a personal, honest and unique view of the individual.

Pre-Production + Filming Process:

• Collect nominations for outstanding Airmen, civilians, and officers

• Conduct initial phone interviews with nominees to assist with storyboarding and planning

• Coordinate necessary approvals for filming with Public Affair shops at each Installation

• Organize, plan and facilitate trip logistics for entire team (i.e. flights, hotels, rental cars, etc.)

• Scout interview locations + conduct on-camera interviews

• Capture action footage and provide art direction

Post-Production Process:

• Organize and interpret raw footage

• Assemble full length story cuts leveraging creative vision

• Leverage recorded, engineered audio and sound effects to enhance production value

• Create motion graphics (i.e. lower thirds, titles, call-outs)

• Output files to specification for release on social media (codec, bit rate, and resolution)

• Create and design materials for promotion and brand awareness (i.e. thumbnails, FB/IG stories, teaser reels)

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders on final products and production timelines
