US Air Force - Requirements Development Workshop
The Challenge: The clients requested a brand strategy for the annual Requirements Development Workshop in order to create a cohesive, professional event with consistent promotional materials.
The Process:
Developed brand guide with logo with variations, color scheme, assets
Created strategic communication that were sent to 300+ attendees
Designed materials with the new brand such as logistics packets, speaker talking points and powerpoint slides
The Process Post-Event:
Film action footage during the event and edited the video for release on social media
Designed follow up flyers had links to watch the replays
Social Media posts used consistent branding and had quotes from key speakers
US Air Force - Readiness Challenge
The Challenge: After two decades, The Director of Civil Engineers, Brig Gen John Allen is bringing “Readiness Challenge” back - which is a competition testing Airmen Engineers’ ability to perform real-world exercises, ensuring they’re trained and equipped to successfully accomplish their mission in contested, degraded, and operationally limited environments.
The Process:
Created a communication strategy
Filmed a beta-test in 2019 which will inform how we plan and execute covering the event in April 2022
Developed branding for the event to ensure all the products were cohesive and have shared the logo file with other organizations that plan to create content about the event
The Solution:
In Spring 2022, teams of Airmen Engineers will compete in a series of events to reinvigorate full-spectrum readiness. Currently we are developing promotional materials to built anticipation for the event and preparing for full filming coverage to capture all the competitive events.
US Air Force - CE Summit + CE Board
The Challenge: The client requested branded materials that promote the USAF CE social media pages
The Solution: Designed business cards and a flyer stand business card holder which were displayed at check-in table for event attendees
